Penelope started in the recruitment sector 15 years’ ago where she realised her passion for people and human behaviours in the workplace. Transitioning into HR Management and studying psychology she has spent most of her career focusing on human behaviour in the workplace and successfully achieving high performing teams. 

Penelope has rich experience in a broad range of people solutions having worked in multiple sectors including Local Government, Education & Training, Manufacturing, Rail and Community Services sector. Penelope’s strength is a self proclaimed data driven solutions approach, with out of the box thinking and most importantly an ability to see effective workforce planning and management solutions that works for the specific needs of the business. 

Blending traditional tried and tested methods, with the best of contemporary approaches, Penelope applies a successful model of recruitment and people management that increases employee tenure, employee engagement and productivity. Having success in focusing on people’s strengths and natural working styles, Penelope’s approach is a refined expertise coupled with being more human.
